Every Sunday is a family day but for me is lonely day.

Can't go anywhere because I'm always out of cash.

That suck so much!! I wish I'm rich but no ones life is perfect.

Anyway, I had a dream when i was sleeping yesterday.

It was about food. haha! I know. . wow~~~

I must be hungry when i was sleeping.

I dreamt about a truck came to my house filled with tons of food.

One by one brought down bby my maids. i had 5 to 6 miads

in my dream. haha! That is cool. I wish i had one. Tomorrow

I'm having practical kitchen again.preparing food for Tuesday.

I hate it so much! 5 hours standing in the kitchen

is like hell!! And the chef, i have no comments and my friend

Alex has went back tohis home town in Klang. He will be back

tomorrow night. So he'll be skipping monday class.

Missing In Class

Damn it!!! I was supposed to attend my practical class today but i didn't because i forgot to wash my practical clothes. Damn sad man!!!! I feel bad for not attending any of the class. =( And I am responsible for the reservation book but I was not there. Anyway, Arsenal lost the first leg this morning to ManU. That sucks! 1 - 0.

Kitchen Practical

Oh, yummy! These are the food that i made today. 1 appetizer but its not in the picture because the soup looks ugly, 2 main course, chicken and beef and dessert. My dessert in that picture was not complete. There was supposed to be an ice cream on top of it. The beef and the chicken's presentation looks good. i like the chicken because it was grilled and accompany by, mash potato with vanilla essence and some sauce which i forgt. I pay more attention on the dessert althought it doesnt look complete in the picture. The dessert was poach pear served with ginger cream, strawberry sauce, bread crum soil, raspberry and strawberry puree. The dessert was the easiest among the others.

We done a great job in the kitchen. The chef was happy about it. Oh, there was once accident happened while i was preparing my plate! Apperiently, Venod got his head hit by an automatic door. It was a hard impact and he was bleeding and he went back early. It was funny tho.

Let me introduce, that is my girlfriend. She is pretty as an angel. Her name is Wendy. She is from KL. We've been together for 1 year and 5 months. She is a sweet girla dn also very smart one. I like her smile and she is joyful girl. I'm happy to be with her. This picture was taken when were in Melaka for trip. I enjoyed most of my time with her in Melaka. We went to loads of different places in Melaka and tired loads of different food. The food is amazing!!! Got to go eat there again someday.

We took this picture together while on the way to Jonker street. It was really hot but I enjoyed wakling there. Lots of interesting stuff to look at.

Kitchen Practical

I just came back from my practical class and i had a hell of a day in the kitchen.
Just imagine, standing 5 hours in the kitchen. Damn!!!! After that, I have to take
the train home and it is always pack like a can of sardine. Anyway, after a long day,

im home. Nothing much happened today. Just had to clean up the kitchen,

mop the whole kitchen and wash the huge chiller. Loads of shit!

My first post in my blog

Finally i got a blog. Not really happy but at least i can find something

to fill in my free time. Today is the 28th of April 2007. Its another day

of life challenge. Why life is so challenging? It is because every single day

when you wake up, new challenge awaits you. The first step you make

everyday is a challenge. For me, i have millions of things in my head

everyday and its unsolved. Welcome to my life.
